The Time - Surah Al-Asr
By Time! Indeed, mankind is in loss, except those who believed (in God) and do righteous deeds, and exhort (join together) in Truth, and Patience.
Quran, 78:1-3
A day passes, a day elapses of your life. Your life is minutes and seconds; seize them!
Simplified translation of the meanings derived from Surah Al-Asr, By time that passes very fast, by age or eon that slips away, by the time of afternoon that indicates the descent of sun and the decline of the daylight to its weakest point before sun sets and disappears.
Verily, man is in continuous loss. As the human being ages and gets older and older, he or she is doomed to suffer loss in physical strength, health and joy in life.
Except for those who did four things in their lives:
- a) Believed in God: Their faith turns the continuous loss to continuous gain.
- b) Did righteous deeds: Their time is a bank for rewards that is filled with good deeds
- c) Enjoined each other to seek and follow the truth.
- d) Enjoined each other to be patient and steadfast.
The Night - Surah Al-Layl
Quran, 78:1-3
In the name of God, The most Merciful, the most Compassionate
By the night when it conceals the world with its darkness. And by the day when it shines in brightness. And [by] He who created the male and female.
Certainly, your striving is diverse. As for the one who gives in charity and fears God, and believes in the ultimate reward, We shall facilitate for him the path of goodness and easy end.
But as for the miserly one who withholds charity, considers himself free of need and denies faith in God and His ultimate reward, We will facilitate for him the path of badness and difficult end.And what will his wealth benefit him when he perishes?
Surely upon Us is the guidance and indeed, to Us belongs the last and the first (the Hereafter and the worldly life).
Therefore I have warned you of a Fire that blazes fiercely. None shall enter it except the wretched who had denied the truth and turned away
But the righteous one shall be kept away from it. He is the one who gives from his wealth [for charity] to purify himself. He confers no favor on anyone for recompense but only seeking the pleasure and countenance of his Lord, Most High. Surely he will be pleased in the Hereafter.

The Day of Resurrection - Surah Al-Qiyamah
Quran, 75:1-40In the name of God,The most Merciful, the most Compassionate
I swear by the Day of Resurrection and the self-reproaching soul. Does man think that We will not assemble his bones? Yes. We are able even to restore his fingertips.
In fact, man desires to continue committing sins. He asks: “When is the Day of Resurrection?"
So when the vision is dazzled and the moon is eclipsed [i.e. loses it light]. And when the sun and moon are joined together, man will say on that Day: “Where is the place to flee?" No! There is no refuge except to your Lord. That Day, to Him, all things shall come to rest.
Man will be informed that Day about all he put forward and all he put back. Rather, man will be a witness against himself, even though he were to put up his excuses. [O Muhammad]! Do not move your tongue hurriedly with these verses fearing to forget them. Indeed, it is for Us to collect the verses of the Quran [in your heart] as well as enable you memorize it and recite it. So when We recite it [through Archangel Gabriel], then follow its recitation. Then upon Us is to ease for you its explanation.
No! But you [mankind] love the worldly life and neglect the Hereafter.
On the Day of Judgment, some faces will be shining and radiant looking towards their Lord. And [some] faces, that Day, will be gloomy [sad and miserable], expecting that something backbreaking will be done to them.
No! When the soul of the human being reaches his collarbones. And it is said [in desperation]: "Who will cure him from death?"
And the human being becomes certain that it is time to leave.
At the moment of death, one leg will be joined with another. That Day, to your Lord will be the procession.
As for the one who did not believe in God, he did not pray to his Lord but rejected the truth and turned away. Then he went to his folk in full pride. Woe to you, and woe! Then woe to you, and woe!
Does man think that he will be left neglected? Had he not been a drop of sperm from semen emitted? Then he was a clinging clot [in the womb]. Then God created and fashioned him in due proportion. And made of him two pairs, the male and the female.
Is not He [who does so] able to give life to the dead?

The human skeleton includes bones, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. The skeleton protects the soft body parts.
In addition to their structural role, the larger bones in the body contain bone marrow, the site of production of blood cells. Also, all bones are major storage sites for calcium and phosphate.
